On seeing large stacks of tomes scattered throughout a Wizard's lair, an inexperienced adventurer might judge the Wizard to be unorganized and innocuous. "Surely, a disorderly bookshelf correlates with a weak and disordered mind," one might think. However, an experienced adventurer will know that the higher the stacks of tomes, the more powerful the Wizard. To the uninitiated, what might look like total chaos, is a meticulously planned and positioned repository of arcane knowledge.
